How do I Obtain a Certificate from a Non-Commercial CA?
The process is identical to the one for obtaining a certificate from a commercial CA, except that you submit the CSR to a non-commercial CA (such as a Microsoft Self-Signed Certificate Authority). This part of the process is outlined in Step 2: Submit the CSR to a Commercial CA
