MacOS System and Application Information

Have users specify the information listed in the MacOS system and application information table.

System information	How to find it
Operating system	Select About this Mac from the Apple menu.
hostfino command	Open the Terminal application (in the Applications > Utilities folder) and type hostfino. This displays processor and kernel information, along with the amount of available memory.
Safari browser	Select About Safari from the Safari menu.
System Profiler	Select About this Mac from the Apple menu. Click More Info to open the System Profiler. The profiler displays detailed information about the computer’s hardware and installed software. The complete report (if you choose to print it) can easily be over 100 pages long.

When you start Connect Tunnel, make sure that debug mode is enabled. Slide to enable Enable Debug Logging and on the General tab click Clear Logsor Export Logs buttons.
