Configuring Session Timeout

The SMA1000 12.4.3 provides Session timeout settings for administrators to configure the session inactivity timeout.

Prerequisites:

  • SMA/CMS running 12.4.3 firmware version.

To configure session timeout

  1. In AMC, navigate to System Configuration > General Settings.

  2. In the Administrators area, click Edit for the Administrator accounts.

  3. Click the Authentication tab.

  4. Go to Advanced > Session Timeout section.

  5. Enter the number of minutes of on inactivity after which an AMC, SSH, or console session will be terminated. The value must be not less than 1 and not greater than 720.

  6. Click Save.
