Collect User Feedback from a Customized Splash Page
You can add a link on the login page that opens a new screen where users can provide their feedback and contact information. You can also enable and customize an end user license agreement and message along with this, clicking on the respective tabs.
To add a user feedback form
- Navigate to the Policies > Policy Hierarchy page.
- Click on an SSID Policy.
- Hover over right section of the line of the SSID you want to configure. When the icons appear, click the Edit (pencil) icon.
- Select the Guest Portal tab.
- Select Customized Splash Page.
- Click the Customize Splash Page (pencil) to the right.
- Select the Actions tab.
- Activate Feedback Enabled.
- Click OK to save all of your changes.
