Configuring a PKI Authentication Server for Local CA

  1. In the AMC, navigate to System Configuration > Authentication Servers.

  2. Click New.

  3. Under Authentication directory , click Public key infrastructure (PKI).

  4. Click Continue.

    The Edit Authentication Server page displays.

  5. In the Name field, type a name for the authentication server.

  6. On the Use list, All CA certificates used by the appliance select local CA certificate.

  7. Under Trusted CA certificates, select the Enable automatic device enrollment using a local CA checkbox.

    The Enable automatic device enrollment using a local CA checkbox is enabled only for PKI with local CA and not for any other CA.

  8. Configure other details and click Save.
