Configuring a Shortcut for Citrix HTML Receiver in Workplace

To configure a shortcut for the Citrix HTML Receiver in Workplace

  1. In the AMC, navigate to User Access > Workplace.

  2. Click the Shortcuts tab.

  3. Click the + (New) icon.

  4. Select Web shortcut from the dropdown list. The Add Web Shortcut page displays.

  5. Enter the name and description of the Citrix HTML Receiver in the appropriate fields.

  6. Click Next to display the Advanced page.

  7. Select the All devices checkbox.

  8. In the Start page field, enter URL of the Citrix HTML Receiver:

    /citrix/store2web

  9. Click Save.
