SAML is a time-sensitive protocol that requires that your appliance clock to be accurate to function properly. You can help ensure this by enabling an NTP service to keep the network clock on your appliance synchronized.
To enable an NTP service for your appliance
Navigate to System Configuration > Services.
In the Network Services section, under NTP, click Configure.
Click Enable NTP.
In the Primary server field, enter the URL or IP address of NTP server you with which you want to synchronize your appliance.
Optionally, in the Backup server #1 and Backup server #2 fields enter an URL or IP address of alternate NTP servers. These servers will be used to synchronize your appliance if the primary server is not available.
Click Save.
