New Firmware Availability Notifications

On the Licenses page a warning message is displayed notifying users to upgrade the firmware when a newer version is available.

SonicWall recommends using the latest firmware version for highest level of security efficacy and optimal performance.

For all future releases after 10.2.1.7:

In SMA100 firmware version 10.2.1.7 or higher, on the SMA100 dashboard a warning message will be displayed alerting the users to upgrade the firmware to a newer version. This occurs only when the SMA100 detects an issue during the firmware integrity checks and a fix is required in the firmware to address this issue. This warning message is persistent and will not turn off until the firmware is upgraded to the recommended version.
