Deprecate Legacy User Interface (UI)

The following are the deprecated legacy UI.

Contemporary UI is introduced in 10.0.0 release.
Support both Contemporary UI and Legacy UI in 10.0.0, 10.2.0, and 10.2.1 releases.
From 10.2.1.10 onwards, legacy UI is deprecated and contemporary UI is matured enough.
