Storage File Tab
The File page under Device | Settings > Storage, provides a way to view diagnostics data, system logs, threat logs, packet captures, logs, and to configure backup.
To capture System Logs and Threat Logs
- Select the tab for the type of log you want to save to external storage.
- Click Settings. The Configure External Storage dialog displays.

Enable Store Logs to External Storage.
NSa 4700 series and higher and all NSsp series appliances allow you to specify whether to store the logs on either Primary or Secondary storage.
- Click OK.
