Prerequisites
For RF Monitoring to be enforced, you must enable the RF Monitoring option on all available access points. The easiest way to do that is to update the access point profile and then apply that profile to the applicable access points.
To find the RF Monitoring option
-
Navigate to the DEVICE | Access Points > Settings page.
-
Click the Edit icon on the profile you want to update (or Select SonicPoint/SonicWave Type from the Add New Profile drop-down menu when creating a new profile).
-
Select the Enable option in the General Settings group.
For more information on setting up profiles, refer to Creating/Modifying Provisioning Profiles in the SonicOS administration documentation.
