Sending Diagnostic Reports to Technical Support
To help determine system problems, you can send system diagnostics to SonicWall Technical Support.
To send diagnostic reports to Technical Support
- Navigate to Device | Settings > Firmware and Settings.
- Click Settings.
- Click DIAGNOSTICS .

Click Send Diagnostic Reports to Support. This can take up to a minute. While sending the report, the status bar at the bottom of the screen displays:
- Click OK.
