Other RADIUS Server Two-Factor User Authentication Process
To log in to the Virtual Office using another type of RADIUS server for two-factor authentication
- Enter the IP address of the SMA appliance in your browser and press Enter.
- Select the appropriate domain from the Domain drop-down menu and click NEXT.
-
Type in your user name in the UserID field.
- Enter your password in the Password field.
- Click LOGIN.
-
You are prompted to enter additional information, the details of which depends on the type of RADIUS server used. The example below shows an M.ID RADIUS server that first prompts you to “Please enter the M.ID PIN.” Enter the PIN in the Challenge field and then click OK.
- You are then prompted to “Please enter the M.ID Passcode.” Enter the passcode received through email or text message in the Challenge field and then click OK.
