Exporting Address Book Entries

You can export entries to an Excel spreadsheet or text file.

To export address book entries

1. On the appropriate view, click Export. The Windows Opening filename dialog displays.

2. Select either:

   • Open with Microsoft Excel (default)
   • Save file
3. Click OK.
