How do I setup Android smartphone to use Mobile Connect to connect to SSL-VPN on SonicWall?

Installing Mobile Connect

1.  On Google Play, search for SonicWall Mobile Connect.
   
2. Tap the Install button under SonicWall Mobile Connect. The app will install on your device. When the installation is complete, the SonicWall Mobile Connect icon will appear on your device.

Creating Firewall Connection

1. Launch SonicWall Mobile Connect. You will be presented with the screen to begin your first connection. Click Add connection.
   
   
   
   
2. In the Name field, type in a descriptive name for the connection. In the Server field, type in the URL or IP address of the server (appliance). Tap Next, Done, Finished, or Save (depending on the version used). Mobile Connect attempts to contact the SonicWall appliance.
   
   
   
   
3. If Mobile Connect contacts the appliance successfully, a certificate warning pops up followed by a prompt for username and password on clicking on "Accept" on the certificate warning.
   
   
   
   
4. If the attempt fails, a warning message displays, asking if you want to save the connection. Verify that the server address or URL is spelled correctly, and then click Save.
   

In the NETWORK view, the SSLVPN > Status page displays a summary of active Mobile Connect sessions on the Status page.
