Firewall logs show frequent probe status changes after upgrade

After upgrading to SonicOS 7.1.3-7015, the firewall logs show frequent and inconsistent network probe status changes, including messages such as:

• "Policy Status is Unknown"
• "Policy Status is Up"
• "Host Up"

Despite these logs, all probes are successfully receiving responses for every request, with no actual failures observed. The issue was not present before the upgrade, indicating a potential change in how the firewall logs or interprets probe statuses.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Configure Network Probes across multiple LAN interfaces.
2. Monitor firewall event logs over time.
3. Logs will start showing repeated fluctuations in probe status (Unknown/Up/Host Up) even though all probes function correctly.
