When CATP detects a malicious file then it would send a notification email which would appear similar to the following example. In this example, there is a Click here button which when clicked would open CATP report under your MySonicwall account.
A few customers reported issues when they attempt to access the capture ATP report through the above email, they would get the following error message -"sonicsandboxXXX.global.sonicwall.com sent an invalid response".
The workaround is to access the report from the firewall interface login, from the page "Device | Capture ATP | Scanning History". The reports can be viewed from the Scanning History page as shown below.
The Sonicwall team is aware of this issue and tracking it with the following ticket # CAP-5801. The issue will be fixed in the next planned release.
