CrowdStrike (CS): Monthly Invoicing

Description

You must be logged into your CrowdStrike (Falcon) Management portal at the following URL to view CrowdStrike linked articles. 


Invoicing

CrowdStrike MDR invoicing is conducted monthly.

  • We at SonicWall MSS pull numbers for invoicing on the last business day of the month.
  • The invoice will be a total of all devices belonging to our partner and the invoice will be provided on the first business day of the month.
  • This means the invoice received is based on the number of devices from the last business day of the previous month.

Obtaining a Breakdown of Devices by CID/Client

The CrowdStrike Falcon Console provides an easy and sufficient method to determine seat counts that are billed on a monthly basis. This can be viewed on demand and exported as a csv file as desired.

  • Login to your CrowdStrike Falcon Management console: https://falcon.us-2.crowdstrike.com
  • Make sure you are viewing your Parent CID (or desired Child CID if you want only devices belonging to a specific client).
  • Navigate to the “Host setup and management” page: Host setup and management
  • Select the “Export” button on the right-hand side of the screen.
        a) Select the “CSV” option.Device Export-Host management _ Host setup and management
  • Once the Export is available, select the Download option.

  • Once you have downloaded the export, you can can open it in Excel and filter/sort by “Customer Name” column in the csv file.
