Users redirected to logoff page when using Safari on Mac OSX
When a user running the Safari browser on a Mac OS X computer logs out of WorkPlace, and then tries to launch a new browser window to log back in to WorkPlace, he or she will be redirected back to the logout page.
This behavior can be safely ignored. The reason it happens is because of the way Safari handles cookies; it has nothing to do with the Mac OS X operating system or the user's session data.
The user should quit Safari and then re-launch it in order to log in to WorkPlace.
