If you have questions on the SonicWall Analytics for Splunk app, please do the following:
- Please download the latest version of the app and confirm that the question pertains to the most recent version at http://apps.splunk.com/app/1867/ .
- If the question pertains to the latest version of the app, then please search the app documentation at http://help.sonicwall.com/help.asp?l=eng&p=2850&r=1.0.0&v=sw&t=known_defects for information related to your question.
- If the app documentation does not answer your question, then please search for an answer at http://answers.splunk.com/.
- If an answer does not exist in at the Splunk>Answers forum, then please post your question as a new thread at http://answers.splunk.com/ for an answer from the Splunk user community.
- If none of the above yields an answer, then please send an email notifying us of your question at splunk_help@sonicwall.com and SonicWall will acknowledge and investigate your question.
