Description
Your MySonicWall account is used to register and manage SonicWall products and services. This article provides instructions for resetting a forgotten password for a MySonicWall account.
Resolution
- Go to www.mysonicwall.com
- Enter your username or email address and then select the "forgot password?" link.
- Verify the username or email.
- Check the box next to the reCAPTCHA.
- Click Next.
You will see a confirmation page saying that an email with further instructions has been sent to your email address. Once you receive it, follow the instructions in the email to change your password
Note: If you receive an “invalid token” error when trying to reset your MySonicWall password:
- Clear the cache and cookies on you web browser
- Try to reset the MySonicWall account password from a different browser (Chrome, Incognito Mode, Edge, Firefox, etc)
