Applying SMTP configuration service to specific appliance
Prerequisites:

SMA1000 CMS and minimum two managed appliances running firmware version 12.4.
To enable SMTP service specific to appliance

Login to CMS.

Navigate to Management Server > Configure.

Click Services.

Under SMTP, click Configure.

Select the Enable SMTP checkbox.

Enter the SMTP server and Port details and click Save.

Under Global Policy, click +New.
Only 10 SMTP configurations are allowed to be created.

Configure the Add SMTP Configuration, by entering the Name, Description, SMTP Server and Port.

Select the Enable SMTP authentication checkbox and provide the credentials.

Under Global Policy, select the SMTP configuration to be used on the appliance.
Only one SMTP configuration can be assigned to each of the appliance and Mapping an appliance to an SMTP configuration is automatically unmap it from all other SMTP configurations.

Click Save and apply pending changes.

Proceed to synchronize policy.
The SMTP configuration is assigned to specific appliance.
If an appliance does not have an SMTP configuration mapped to it, it will use the default settings to assign to appliance.
