Configuring Settings on the Appliance Web Interface

This section provides procedures to configure the remaining appliance settings as you would for the SMA 8200v-standalone or CMS hardware appliance.

To complete the host configuration

1. Launch a browser and enter the URL of the virtual appliance.

2. On the appliance interface login page, enter the default credentials and then click Login.

   The default credentials are:

   • User - admin
   • Password - <EC2 Instance ID>

   

   After you log in, the appliance interface is displayed.

3. Configure your settings for the SMA 8200v-standalone or CMS.
