SAMI Feature Guide

Querying Firewall related information for a non-licensed NSM tenant in SAMI

When you query RAG-specific information in SAMI, the system displays the relevant information regardless of whether the selected tenant has an active Network Security Manager ( NSM) license. RAG queries are supported for both licensed and non-licensed tenants without any restrictions.

However, when you query a firewall related prompt on non-licensed tenant, SAMI first verifies the NSM license status of the selected tenant. If the tenant does not have an active NSM license, SAMI displays a message indicating that it is not authorized to retrieve firewall related information. It also provides a list of other tenants with active NSM licenses. If needed, you can select another licensed tenant from the Scope Selector drop-down list and reattempt the query.
