Managing Restore Requests
Users can request that email messages and files in cloud storage applications can be moved out of quarantine.
To restore a quarantined email message or file
- Navigate to the Quarantine page.
- From the Quarantined File Creator Dashboard, select the items you want moved out of quarantine.
- Click the Restore… button.
- When prompted Are you sure you want to continue?, click Ok.
or
- Navigate to the Quarantine > Restore requests page.
- Select the items you want to manage:
- Click the Restore… button to remove the selected items from quarantine.
- Click the Decline… button to decline the restore request for the selected items.
