Adding Custom Click-Time Protection for Specific Domains
To add custom Click-Time Protection for specific domains
- Make certain that Click-Time Protection is activated. (Refer to Activating Click-Time Protection for more information.)
- Navigate to Configuration > Click-Time Protection Exceptions.
- Click New.

In the Domain field, enter the name of the domain from which you want to specifically manage the incoming email messages.
- In the List Name field, select the list to which to assign the domain:
- Allow-list: allows the user to click through to URLs in the specified domain
- Block-list: always blocks URLs in the specified domain (regardless of being recognized as malicious or not)
- Ignore-list: does not rewrite URLs in email messages for the specified domain
- Click Ok.
