Setting Up a Quarantine Folder for Dropbox
Before you quarantine files stored in Dropbox, you need to designate and configure a quarantine folder.
To set up a quarantine mailbox
- Navigate to Configuration > Cloud App Store.
- Click Configure on the Dropbox tile.
- Select either:
- Create Quarantine folder in the root directory to create a quarantine folder in the top-level directory of your Dropbox.
Quarantine to existing directory to quarantine files to an existing folder.
This folder must already exist as it cannot be created during this process.
- In the Select Quarantine Path dropdown list, select the folder you want to designate as the quarantine folder.
- Click Ok.
