How to submit Premier support web ticket online through MySonicWall account?

Description

As a Premier services PIN holder, you now have the option to choose if you would like your case opened under Premier Support or Standard Support.

This Kb will help Premier customers to submit a web ticket online through MySonicWall.com

 

Resolution

  1. Login to your MySonicWall account www.mysonicwall.com  .
  2. Navigate to Resources & Support | Create Support Case.

  3. Click on Submit A Case.

  4. From the drop-down menu select the product in question or type in the serial number and select next.

  5. Fill in the requested information. Once you fill in the Information, at the left side bottom you will see Premier Case with a toggle option, click on the toggle Premier Case as below, the web ticket which you create will be routed to the Premier Queue and our Premier Support engineers will reach out to you.

  6. If you wish your web ticket to be treated as a Standard case, do not toggle the Premier Case option as below, and click submit. The web ticket will be routed to Standard Queue.

  7. Your Confirmation number (case number) will be provided. Once you select done you will be routed to the support page which with listed cases both present and past.
