When you have the requirements of changing permission for certain users to give or limit access to features in NSM, you can do this via Roles/Permissions.
When you click on CSC Users | Users in manager view in NSM, you will see your users and their roles.
In order to change the roles of users, you will need to login to mysonicwall.com with the super admin account.
From My Workspace | User groups, please create a new user group and add the users you want as part of this group. Also add the Tenants they need access to.
Now, click on the user group and you will see a pop up. Select Permissions and click on the check box "Access to CSC" and now you can change the roles for this user group.
