Resolution

Resolution for SonicOS 7.X

This release includes significant user interface changes and many new features that are different from the SonicOS 6.5 and earlier firmware. The below resolution is for customers using SonicOS 7.X firmware.

The resolution would be to either change the NIC adapter on the PC to acquire the IP address from the firewall, if the firewall has DHCP server enabled for that respective interface or to manually set the adapter IP address in the same subnet as the  X0 network in the  imported settings.
