Disabling Block all UNKNOWN countries in firewall group in NSM

Description

This article shows the process of disabling the "Block all UNKNOWN countries" option in multiple firewalls when using NSM 

Resolution

First start by logging into NSM and going to the templates screen and click "Add Template". Give it a name and description if needed and click "Create".

Click the "Confirm" Icon to switch to Template view.

Once in Template view, go to Policy>Security Services> Geo-IP Filter.  On that page toggle the "Block all Unknown countries" on then off and then click "Accept".

You should now be able to click on the View Template Details on the top right of the screen, you should see those details under policies.

Now you can go to the Templates page in NSM and on the Action Icon on the right click to Apply Template.

 

Select your firewall group or devices and click apply. (You will have needed to already set up a firewall Group and added the firewalls to that group, in order to apply the template)

It should now apply that change to the firewalls within that group.
