Invoicing

Cylance invoicing is conducted monthly.

  • We at SonicWall pull numbers for invoicing on the last business day of the month.
  • The invoice will be a total of all devices belonging to our partner and the invoice will be provided on the first business day of the month.
  • This means the invoice received is for the current month, based on the number of devices from the last business day of the previous month.

Obtaining a Breakdown of Devices by Tenant (MTC Required)

The Cylance MTC Reports provides an easy and sufficient method to determine seat counts that are bill on a monthly basis. This report will outline the tenant name and the endpoint counts. This report can be scheduled to run once a month or can be ran by demand.

  1. Log into the Cylance Mutli-Tenancy Console and click on the ‘Reports’ tab
  2. Ensure you are on the ‘Reports’ sub-tab as well.
  3. Click on Create Report

  1. Create a name for your report.
  2. Select ‘Account Data’ for the report type.
  3. Select the ‘Tenant Name’ & ‘Protect License Usage' fields
  4. (Optional) Scroll down the bottom and setup a schedule for this report
  5. Click ‘Save & Finish’ or ‘Save And Run Report’ buttons (at the top)

To view your reports, follow these steps..

  1. Log into the Cylance Mutli-Tenancy Console and click on the ‘Reports’ tab.
  2. Now click on the ‘Recently Run’ sub-tab
  3. You will see recently run reports and the date they were run
    1. Clicking on the report name will download the report in csv format
    2. Ensure that you are selecting the correct LicenseUsage report and not the one that starts with ‘SGI’ (used when we pull numbers)

Obtaining a Breakdown of Devices by Zone

Log into your Cylance tenant Cylance Dashboard Login

  • If you do not have a login to your Cylance account please reach out to a Cylance Administrator at your company.
  • They can either set you up with an appropriate Read Only login for obtaining a breakdown of devices for invoicing, or provide you an exported breakdown themselves.
  1. Select the Zones tab on the left.
  2. You may need to add the “# of Devices” column to your view by clicking on the table columns button on the right and then selecting the check box for “# of Devices”.
  3. You can choose to export this list for future reference by selecting the export button on the right and then saving it as a csv file.

You will see a list of Zones (Customers) with the the number of devices assigned to that zone. This is the breakdown of how many devices each customer has the CylancePROTECT agent deployed to.

Please Note if there are devices belonging to the Unzoned zone, they should be assigned to the proper zone for correct management and billing on your end.
