How do I associate the devices with NSM from MySonicWall.com portal?
Description
This article describe the process of NSM association.In order for devices to have access on NSM, first these needs to be associated in MySonicWall.com account.
Navigate to www.MySonicWall.com and log in to an account that the devices are registered to.
Go to My Workspace and Tenant Products then Click on the NSM serial number of which the device needs to be associated.
Under Product Details you have Associated Productsand click the Managed Nodes.
One page is opened with Product Association Serial Numbers from the provided drop down. Select the Serial Number of the device you need to associate with NSM and click associate.
After the association is made, the message is shown as a banner: "Success: The association is added successfully" TIP: If you wish to remove the association there is a trash icon on Product Association list .
NOTE: Firewalls associated with NSM, need to be licensed for NSM and Zero touch to be ENABLED.
