Answer: For Generation 5 SonicWall:

Answer: No. SonicPoint/SonicWave firmware is auto updated by the managing SonicWall from SonicWall Software Servers. There is no difference between the firmware used by SonicPoint/SonicWave Domestic and International. All SonicPoint/SonicWave models use the same firmware.

Question: I have a SonicPoint/SonicWave Domestic model but I need of a SonicPoint/SonicWave International and vice versa. Is there a way to change a SonicPoint/SonicWave Domestic into a SonicPoint/SonicWave International and vice versa?
Answer: No. A SonicPoint/SonicWave Domestic cannot be change into a SonicPoint/SonicWave International and vice versa. You must purchase the correct SonicPoint/SonicWave model for your location.
