Using Logs
The following instructions show how to respond to an administrator request to print debug logs, reproduce a problem, or download logs for any reason.

To enable logging, click on Advanced Settings.
- Click the General tab.
- Clear the existing logs by clicking Clear Logs.
- Set Logging levels to Information / Debug enabling / Packet Capture.

Click OK, and let the log run for the specified time. Logs are named according to the formula:
ConnectTunnel-YYYYMMDD_at_HHMMSS.ZIP.
- When you want to export a log, navigate to the Connect Tunnel Advanced Settings tab.
- Click Export Logs.
- Click OK.
