Mounting Using Screws

To mount the SonicWave 621 using screws

  1. Measure the distance between the two screw attachment points on the underside of the SonicWave ceiling bracket.

  2. On the mounting surface, mark the locations for the two screw insertion points.

  3. Drill pilot holes at the marked locations. For a wood surface, use a drill bit that is appropriate for the screws. For drywall, use a drill bit that is appropriate for the anchors.

  4. For drywall, screw in the anchors.

  5. Insert the screws into the wall or anchors, and screw them in deep enough to leave minimal space between the screw heads and the wall surface.

  6. Supporting the SonicWave in your hands, securely fit the underside slots of the SonicWave onto the screw heads.
