Switching between the Reseller and Program Managed

When the quote is generated, it gets generated for Reseller to manage. If the Reseller does not take any action, quote gets changed to Program managed after 75 days where customer can take action.

Reseller managed	Reseller manages the opportunity if the reseller has marked the opportunity in the reseller portal as Reseller Managed.
Program managed	SonicWall inside Sales team manages the opportunity on behalf of the reseller if the reseller has marked the opportunity in the reseller portal as Program Managed.

At any time, you can switch between the Reseller and Program Managed.

To switch a quote between the Reseller and Program managed

Check the box in the RESELLER MANAGED or PROGRAM MANAGED columns for the required quote.

To switch multiple quotes

• From Reseller managed to Program managed, check the boxes of the required quotes, and click the Close icon on top of the table.

  

• From Program managed to Reseller managed, check the boxes of the required quotes, and click the Lock icon on top of the table.
