MySonicWall Maintenance Notice: Feb 15, 2025

SonicWall is performing maintenance upgrades to enhance system performance, security and reliability. During this maintenance window, functionality will be limited. We do not expect any impact on the operation or security of your existing products.

Duration: February 15, 2025 (Saturday) at 5:40 pm PST to 9:20 pm PST.

Services impacted: During the maintenance period, MySonicWall will operate in a Read-only mode. Operations involving product registrations and license activations from the below systems will be impacted.

Applications where no changes can be made:

  • MySonicWall
  • Capture Security Center (Cloud.sonicwall.com)
  • License Manager (new registration and activations)
  • Service Activations and Renewals sync to appliances

Applications with no product registrations/activations and license updates:

  • Firewall new registrations
  • Network Security Manager (NSM SaaS)
  • Network Security Manager (NSM) On-Prem
  • Capture Client · Capture Client MDR
  • Wireless Network Manager (WNM)

We recommend that you complete any necessary tasks in advance to avoid disruptions. Once maintenance is complete, all systems will be restored to full functionality.
