MC: Mobile Connect returns "URL not found" following an Azure SAML login in Workplace.

Description

Android Mobile Connect users are unable to submit or get the token after entering SAML credentials.  However, a retry will work thereafter, but there is no assurance.

According to tests, the user logged in three times.  The first two had failed.  This is the last time you can login.

Retrying means shutting MC, and relaunching will work.  According to logs, the user already done this, and it worked.  The same as above.  Retrying may work, but it is not assured, as described above.

Cause

MC: Mobile Connect returns "URL not found" following an Azure SAML login in Workplace and with MC andriod
