How to hide the list of available domains from the Virtual Office Portal?

By default, the Portals you create will show a drop-down list with the available Domains you can use to authenticate as shown in the example below:

You can disable this behavior and hide the list of available Domains requiring the users to type the Domain name manually. In order to do this, please follow these steps:

  1. Under the Portals |Portals, click on the Configure button for the particular portal.

  2. Navigate to the General tab and enable the checkbox Hide Domain list on portal login page. Accept the changes.

  3. Now the Portal login menu will show a box where the user can manually type the Domain, instead of the drop-down list.
