How to export and import connection profiles in NetExtender

Under Microsoft Windows environment:

Export connection profiles

To export connnection profiles from NetExtender windows version, you need use the regedit export function to export the registration entries. To do so, follow the steps below:

Step 1.  On the windows PC which installing NetExtender, go to Start | Run, then input "regedit". Registry Editor window will be displayed.

Step 2.  In Registry Editor, go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWARESonicWallSSL-VPN NetExtenderStandaloneProfiles, right click on Profiles and select "Export" to export the registration entries as a reg file.

Import connection profiles

To import connection profiles, double click the reg file in windows system and install it.

Under Linux/Mac environment:

In Linux/Mac system which installing NetExtender, the connection profiles is located in ~/.netextender. Replace this file so that you can get all the connection profiles.

Restart the machine for changes to take affect.
