- Navigate to Management | Tenant Settings and copy the Tenant Token.
- Login to the Capture Client console. where you manage your current instance
- Navigate to Assets | Devices.
- Select the device(s) for which you want to migrate the agents. Please note multiple devices can be selected.
- Click on the Bulk Actions menu and select Migrate Agent.
- In the Input Tenant Token window, enter the Tenant Token captured in Step 2 above and click Confirm.
- The selected devices are automatically migrated to the new tenant on the destination console.
- If you have a list of devices that spans multiple pages, you will need to repeat Step 3d multiple times until all devices are migrated. For more information, please review this KB Article.
- Please note – this process does not validate the tenant token. If the token entered is invalid, the migration will fail. However, if the token entered matches a different tenant, clients will be migrated to that tenant.
- Verify in the Capture Client MDR Console that your devices have been migrated. Once all devices are migrated, you can expire and delete the existing Capture Client tenant via MySonicWall.
