In order to access the junk store from outside of the network, have to follow these below steps.
Procedure:
Under Anti-Spam > Junk box summary > (scroll to the bottom) URL for user view :Â
Type : http:\\ Public IP of junk store(default wan IP/ X1 IP): 10080 or https:\\Public IP of junk store(default wan IP /X1 IP):10443
NOTE:Â If the junk URL is pointing to private IP , then it will only work for internal users. We need to type public IP and allow both internal users and external users to access via public IP.
Step 1: Creating Address Objects for the junk store private and public IP address.
                              Â
Step 3:Then group the two services.
Step 4: Create a NAT policy and access rule to open the port 10080 and 10443 to access the junk store from outside.
Also create a loop back Nat policy so that internal users can access the user junk box over public ip address :
Â

Test:
After port forwarding we will be able to access the junk box once you click on the Visit junk box as shown below.
The link you provide in the Junkbox Summary settings page at the bottom must be publicly accessible. i.e. Public DNS record.
Â
Note :
This workaround allows access to the CASS junkbox from the WAN but access will only be provided from the link found in the junkbox summary. There will be no option to access some login page from the WAN that will take you into the end user's junkbox.
