Capture Client Agent Return Codes - Phase 1

Description

This document highlights Return Code on the Client Agent UI for every successful and unsuccessful event. This would help understand the issue and take the necessary actions independently, with minimal assistance from the support team.

1101Install - OS requirementsFailedOS requirements not met The endpoint doesn’t meet the OS requirements 
1102Install - Existing installation with a higher version (CC) FailedCC agent installation failedThere is an existing installation of Capture Client running a higher version.  
1103Install/Upgrade – Unable to Install/Uninstall because of the remnant of previous installation (CC CPS services) FailedCC agent install/upgrade failedCPS services failed
2101UpgradeFailedInstallation failedNot enough space on the system drive.
2102Upgrade - Installer couldn't be downloaded FailedThere was an issue with downloading CC or S1 installer.Check your network connection and try again.
2103Upgrade FailedInstallation failed. Corrupt packageDownload the package from the Management Console again.
