This document highlights Return Code on the Client Agent UI for every successful and unsuccessful event. This would help understand the issue and take the necessary actions independently, with minimal assistance from the support team.
Capture Client Agent Return Codes - Phase 1
Return Codes | Scenario | Status | Detailed Status | Description |
1100 | Install – System/Hardware requirements | Failed | System requirements not met | The endpoint doesn’t meet the necessary system requirements |
1101 | Install - OS requirements | Failed | OS requirements not met | The endpoint doesn’t meet the OS requirements |
1102 | Install - Existing installation with a higher version (CC) | Failed | CC agent installation failed | There is an existing installation of Capture Client running a higher version. |
1103 | Install/Upgrade – Unable to Install/Uninstall because of the remnant of previous installation (CC CPS services) | Failed | CC agent install/upgrade failed | CPS services failed |
2101 | Upgrade | Failed | Installation failed | Not enough space on the system drive. |
2102 | Upgrade - Installer couldn't be downloaded | Failed | There was an issue with downloading CC or S1 installer. | Check your network connection and try again. |
2103 | Upgrade | Failed | Installation failed. Corrupt package | Download the package from the Management Console again. |
