Business Need
Kuswag Skool is a diverse educational institution that uses multiple platforms
each day for communication and administration. Robust network security is
of paramount importance to Kuswag School, and the institution needs the
capability to set up different network environments for the different groups it
caters to. The school had a competitor product in place, but the product did
not provide critical features like content filtering or application control and had
limited network security services. Kuswag Skool needed a more feature-rich
cybersecurity solution to meet the growing needs of its staff and students.
Solution
Kuswag School deployed a SonicWall TZ470 next-generation firewall to
better meet its organizational needs. The SonicWall solution ensured network
segregation, provided enhanced security and ensured that access to
inappropriate or malicious websites and applications were blocked.
Results
Kuswag School now has improved segregated and secure networks. The
implementation of the SonicWall appliance has enhanced the schools
cybersecurity effectiveness, lowered operational costs and enhanced the
experience of its users. An educator at Kuswag School, Sejondra Van Wyk,
