Following the latest ICSA Labs firewall security certification test cycle, SonicWall Series Firewalls have earned ICSA labs Enterprise Firewall certification, the highest level of firewall certification to date and is based on comprehensive and robust performance testing.

A SonicWall series firewall model was tested against the requirements in version 4.2 of the ICSA Labs Enterprise Firewall Testing Criteria. SonicWall firewalls remain continuously deployed at ICSA Labs where they may be subjected to ongoing testing.

SonicWall’s NSa 3600 next-gen firewall, combined with cloud-based Capture ATP featuring Real-Time Deep Memory Inspection™ (RTDMI), has been vigorously tested against today’s most evasive threats and awarded the ICSA Labs Advanced Threat Defense (ATD) certification for 10 consecutive quarters.

Selected threats are based on those that have led to enterprise cybersecurity incidents and breaches and include threat vectors such as email links, direct installations, email attachments and remote injections. Malware types include ransomware, trojans, worms, spyware, viruses, downloaders and backdoor — many samples just a few hours old.
