A main mode VPN can be configured between a SonicWall firewall and a Palo Alto firewall. When configuring a site-to-site VPN tunnel in SonicOS firmware using main mode with the SonicWall appliances (Site A) and Palo Alto firewall (Site B) must have routable Static WAN IP address.
