DNS Filtering

DNS filtering is the process of blocking malicious websites and filtering out harmful content using the Domain Name System (DNS). DNS filtering not only prevents data breaches but also reduce the workload of the firewalls and other security solutions.

DNS filtering:

  • Transforms domain names into IP addresses.
  • Maintains and updates the list of blocked sites through domain names or IP addresses.

From the DNS Filtering page, you can:

  • Filter the table data with a specific string
  • Add, modify, and delete profiles
  • Refresh and sort the table columns data to identify the specific results
