Notice: Mobile Connect Client fails to connect after upgrading to iOS 16.1

Issue: After upgrading an Apple device to iOS 16.1, the VPN tunnel through the SonicWall Mobile Connect client fails to connect. This issue is specific to Apple devices running iOS 16.1 only.

Affected Versions: Mobile Connect iOS 5.0.11

Devices affected: iPhone and iPad devices running iOS/iPadOS16.1

Resolution:The issue with the SonicWall Mobile Connect client failing to connect after upgrading to iOS 16.1 has been resolved with the release of SonicWall Mobile Connect 5.0.12. Please visit the Apple App Store to upgrade to the latest version.
