As previously announced, SonicWall Analyzer 8.5 reached “End of Support” on the 24 April, 2020.

As the Analyzer license is perpetual and hence does not expire, customers can continue to use Analyzer. However, since 24 April 2020, any new cases logged will not be supported. This includes patches, bug fixes and new feature updates.
SonicWall On-premise Analytics 2.5 is the replacement for Analyzer. However, as this is a separate product:

What should I do if I have an affected product that is expiring?
Reach out to your SonicWall partner or representative on how you can take advantage of the SonicWall Analytics.
Is there an option to get Extended Support?
No, there is no option to extend either the Limited Support dates or the End of Support dates.
